User Researcher

We are seeking a Remote User Researcher to uncover user needs, behaviors, and pain points using qualitative and quantitative methods. You will champion the user, translating insights into actionable strategies to optimize our digital products and drive an intuitive, user-centric experience.Key Responsibilities

• Research Planning: Design and execute end-to-end user research studies using various remote methodologies.
• Study Execution: Conduct moderated and unmoderated usability testing, user interviews, surveys, and card sorting.
• Data Synthesis: Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to extract meaningful patterns and product friction points.
• Insight Delivery: Create and maintain user personas, journey maps, and comprehensive research repository insights.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Engineers to drive data-backed design decisions.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Present research findings clearly to internal teams to inspire empathy and support product changes.

Qualifications

• Professional Experience: 3\+ years of dedicated experience conducting user research specifically for digital products or software.
• Methodology Expertise: Deep understanding of when and how to apply different qualitative and quantitative research techniques.
• Remote Tooling: Proficiency with remote testing and recruiting platforms (e.g., UserTesting, User Interviews, Maze, or Qualtrics).
• Communication: Exceptional ability to synthesize complex findings into clear, persuasive, and visual presentations.
• Autonomy: Proven capability to manage multiple research projects independently within a fully distributed, remote-first environment.

Pay: $25\.50 - $30\.50 per hour
