Job Description

About The Role

The role drives the user experience strategy and execution for a complex, data-heavy enterprise software platform. This designer will translate complicated user workflows into clean, intuitive, and highly functional digital interfaces that serve hundreds of thousands of daily active professional users.

The role collaborates closely with product managers, frontend engineers, and researchers to transform user insights into interactive prototypes, wireframes, and production-ready visual designs. The team operates in an agile environment where usability, accessibility, and design system consistency are prioritized.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate complex user requirements, user journeys, and technical constraints into high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished UI designs using Figma
  • Partner with UX research to run usability testing, synthesize user feedback, and iteratively refine designs based on quantitative and qualitative data
  • Maintain, scale, and contribute to the enterprise design system, ensuring consistency in typography, color theory, and component behavior across all product modules
  • Deliver developer-ready design specifications, assets, and redlines, and collaborate with frontend engineering to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
  • Advocate for web accessibility standards (WCAG 2\.1 AA) and responsive design principles across desktop, tablet, and mobile breakpoints

What We Are Looking For

  • 3–6 years of experience as a UX Designer, Product Designer, or Interaction Designer working on complex SaaS or enterprise software products
  • An online portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX process, user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI design, and interactive prototypes
  • Advanced, production-level expertise with Figma, including auto-layout, interactive components, variables, and shared libraries
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies, information architecture, and accessibility standards (WCAG)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to cross-functional stakeholders and incorporate feedback
  • Bonus: Experience with basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript to facilitate developer handoff, or experience designing complex data visualization dashboards
