UX UI DESIGNER

Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative

UX/UI Designer

to join our team in

Milford

. In this role, you will design intuitive digital experiences and create high-quality interactive prototypes using

Figma

. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into engaging user interfaces and functional prototypes.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of

user-centered design

, excellent visual design skills, and the ability to rapidly prototype ideas that improve usability and user satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive user experiences for web and mobile applications.
• Create

wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes

using

Figma

.

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define product requirements and translate them into design solutions.
• Develop

high-fidelity UI designs

that align with brand guidelines and design systems.

• Build clickable prototypes to demonstrate workflows and validate product concepts.
• Conduct

usability testing and gather feedback

to improve product experiences.

• Ensure designs follow

responsive design principles

and work across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

• Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Maintain and contribute to

design systems and UI component libraries

.

• Continuously improve the user experience through research, analytics, and user feedback.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in

Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field

, or equivalent experience.

• 6\+ years of UX/UI design experience

designing web or mobile products.

• Strong proficiency in

Figma

for wireframing, prototyping, and design systems.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating

user-centered design solutions and interactive prototypes

.

• Solid understanding of

information architecture, usability, and interaction design

.

• Experience designing

responsive interfaces

for multiple screen sizes.

• Ability to communicate design ideas clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in an

Agile environment

.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of

HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks

.

• Experience designing

SaaS, e-commerce, or enterprise applications

.

• Familiarity with usability testing tools and analytics platforms.
• Experience building

design systems or component libraries

.

• Motion or micro-interaction design experience.
