Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President of New Product Development \& Engineering to lead innovation, engineering strategy, and commercialization efforts. This executive will partner closely with leadership to strengthen technical capabilities, improve speed-to-market, and build a best-in-class product development organization. The ideal candidate brings an engineering mindset, strong leadership presence, and the ability to turn ideas into profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead product development from concept through commercialization

• Build and mentor high-performing engineering and design teams

• Improve speed-to-market through disciplined processes and accountability

• Drive innovation, manufacturability, and sustainability initiatives

• Partner with Sales, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain on key priorities

• Lead tooling, automation, capital planning, and technology roadmaps

• Create a culture of execution, ownership, and continuous improvement
