Job Overview
The VP of Digital Business is responsible for formulating and driving the company's overall digital business strategy, integrating technology, product, and business model innovation to drive revenue growth and business transformation. This position typically reports directly to the CEO or COO and is a key decision-making role connecting business and technology.
II. Core Responsibilities
Digital Strategy Formulation and Implementation: Develop the company's medium- and long-term digital business development strategy and roadmap.
Driving the transformation of traditional businesses towards digitalization, platformization, and ecosystemization.
Business Growth and Profit Management: Responsible for achieving digital business revenue, profit, and key KPIs.
Exploring new digital revenue models (e.g., subscriptions, platforms, e-commerce, SaaS, etc.)
Product and Platform Development: Lead the planning of the digital product system (APP, platform, data products, etc.).
Driving user experience optimization and product innovation.
Data-Driven Operations:** Build a data analysis system to support refined operations and decision-making.
Leveraging data to improve user growth, retention, and conversion.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration and Organizational Management: Coordinate teams from technology, marketing, operations, and sales.
Building an efficient digital business organization and talent pipeline.
Technology and Innovation Applications: Drive the implementation of technologies such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and big data.
Exploring new technologies. Commercial application of emerging technologies in business
Cooperation and ecosystem expansion
Establishing strategic partnerships (technology companies, platforms, channels, etc.)
Building an open digital ecosystem
III. Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or related fields
Over 20 years of experience in the Internet/digitalization field, with over 15 years of senior management experience
Successful experience in digital transformation or digital business growth
Familiar with digital products, user growth, data analysis, and business model design
Strong strategic thinking and business acumen
Excellent cross-departmental leadership and communication skills
Background in large enterprises or Internet platforms is preferred
