EPE is seeking a Video Editor to join our Marketing \& Communications team. This role is responsible for crafting high quality, story driven video content that supports brand, executive communications, recruiting, and digital marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate has strong editorial judgment and a documentary style approach to storytelling, with the ability to shape narrative from raw footage. This role focuses on producing clear, engaging content that translates complex ideas into visually compelling stories across a variety of formats.

You’ll work across brand videos, executive messaging, recruiting content, webinars, testimonials, and social media.

Responsibilities

How you can make an impact :

• Edit video content from rough cut through final delivery across multiple formats
• Build clear narrative structure using interviews, talking heads, and supporting footage
• Craft story driven edits that feel natural, engaging, and grounded in real storytelling
• Select and integrate music that supports pacing, tone, and overall narrative
• Perform color correction and basic grading to ensure visual consistency
• Clean and mix audio for clarity, balance, and professional quality
• Create simple motion graphics, titles, and visual enhancements as needed
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast paced environment
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and internal stakeholders to deliver effective content

Qualifications

Bring your passion, here's what’s needed:

Desired Skills And Experience

• 2\+ years of professional video editing experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition)
• Strong storytelling instincts and editorial judgment
• Experience editing interview based or documentary style content
• Ability to take raw footage and independently shape a cohesive narrative
• Strong attention to detail across pacing, audio, and visual consistency
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Portfolio or demo reel demonstrating relevant work required

Nice to Have

• Motion graphics or animation experience
• Experience editing webinar or long form presentation content
• Familiarity with social media content formats and pacing

Location

: This position will be located in Panama City, Panama

Travel

: Occasional travel may be needed (10 % or less )
