Video Editor

to join one of the world’s leading publishers of independent financial newsletters. This is an entry-level role with significant growth potential, offering the opportunity to build a long-term career.

In this role, you’ll support the marketing team, copywriters, and publisher by producing engaging, high-quality video content. You’ll work closely with the Video Director and play a hands-on role throughout the production process, from pre-production through final edit.

Responsibilities

• Edit and produce video content to support marketing and promotional initiatives
• Create detailed and animated motion graphics
• Design slides and full-screen graphics for promotional materials
• Assist with talent preparation and on-set coordination
• Record video and audio, ensuring accuracy and quality during script reads
• Collaborate closely with the Video Director and Graphics
• Support all aspects of video production, including sourcing stock footage, music, props, equipment, and locations

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in video production preferred (internships and relevant coursework welcome)
• Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite is a must (Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge and experience in AI Software a plus (Elevenlabs, ChatGPT, HeyGen)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Close attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to adapt quickly and learn new tools and processes
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule when production demands require it
