You will own the
execution of ad creatives
, not the strategy.
About the Company
We are a fast-scaling DTC e-commerce business operating in the US market across two core brands:
- A wireless dog fountain brand
- A dog supplement brand
Both brands are heavily invested in
Meta and Google Ads
, where
UGC is a core driver of performance — not a support channel
.
Our growth model is built on:
- Direct response marketing
- High-volume creative production
- Rapid iteration based on performance data
We’ve already validated the model.
Now we are scaling it.

The Role Overview
This role exists to
execute high-performing ad creatives at speed
.
You will:
- Receive
concepts, hooks, and angles from strategists
- Combine them with
UGC and raw footage
- Turn them into
ads ready to run on Meta
You are not expected to come up with a strategy.
But you are expected to
understand why ads work
.
This is not a “task editor” role.
You are responsible for:
- Execution quality
- Pacing
- Retention
- Conversion impact
Responsibilities (Outcome-Based)
You are accountable for:
- Turning
strategist-provided concepts into finished ad creatives
- Editing
20–45 second UGC ads for Meta
- Creating
multiple variations per concept
(hooks, pacing, structure)
- Applying best practices for:
- Hook strength
- Retention
- Conversion
- Maintaining fast turnaround times
- Actively improving output based on feedback
Deliverables
🎬 Paid Ad Creatives
Weekly Output
- 15–25 short-form UGC ads (20–45 seconds)
Per Video
- Strong hook within first 1–3 seconds
- Clear structure (problem → solution → CTA)
- Platform-native pacing
- Captions and visual emphasis
- Conversion-focused editing
Turnaround
- 24–48 hours per batch
What Success Looks Like
You’re winning when:
- Creative output is consistent and on time
- Hooks capture attention within the first seconds
- Ads feel native and engaging
- Feedback is implemented quickly
- Minimal revisions are needed
- Ads are ready to test without rework
Required Experience
(Strict Filter)
You must have:
- Proven experience editing
UGC-style paid ads for DTC e-commerce brands
- Portfolio showing
real ads (not just aesthetic edits)
- Experience working with brands targeting
US or European markets
- Strong understanding of:
- Hooks
- Pacing
- Retention
- Conversion
Not a Fit If
- You’ve only edited:
- YouTube videos
- Wedding videos
- Corporate content
- Your portfolio does not include
e-commerce ads
- You focus on aesthetics over performance
Tools / Environment
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- After Effects (basic–intermediate)
- CapCut (optional)
- Google Drive
