Virtual Online Outpatient Concierge Psychiatric Physician Associate (PA-C)

Location: Remote – Must be licensed in at least one of the following states and be willing to obtain multiple state licenses: Connecticut, New York, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Colorado, and Florida. Controlled substance/DEA licensing required.

My mission is to offer elevated, personalized mental health care in an efficient and patient-centered manner. I am currently expanding my clinical practice and seekingtalented Psychiatric Physician Associates who are passionate about working in a modern, flexible, and supportive virtual environment.

Position Summary:

I am seeking a Connecticut-licensed Physician Associate (PA-C) with experience or strong interest in outpatient psychiatry medication management to provide virtual psychiatric care to my motivated, self-pay clientele. This is a fully remote, 1099 contractor position with a premium visit based compensation structure, designed for professionals seeking autonomy, flexibility, and clinical excellence without administrative overload.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform initial psychiatric evaluations and routine follow-ups via secure telehealth platform
• Develop and implement evidence-based medication management treatment plans
• Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications within scope of practice
• Provide documentation and communicate with supervising psychiatrist as needed
• Maintain high standards of care, confidentiality, and professionalism
• Participate in collaborative care with founder (psychiatrist) and other team members

Ideal Candidate:

• Licensed as a Physician Associate (PA-C)
• Clinical interest in Adolescent and Adult Psychiatry Medication Management for ADHD, depression, bipolar, anxiety, sleeping issues
• Experience in psychiatry or behavioral health (or strong interest with relevant background)
• Comfortable working independently in a virtual setting with periodic checking with me for clinical supervision
• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and interpersonal skills
• Tech-savvy and familiar with electronic health records (EHRs) and telehealth platforms (I will provide orientation for the EHR I use, which is very simple and easy to use)
• Reliable, responsive, and committed to providing a premium patient experience

Compensation \& Benefits:

• Highly competitive visit based compensation. Target annual compensation of $348,000 \+ (several standard deviations above the national psychiatric physician associate mean annual salary and on par with the highest paid physician associate specialists in the country).
