About the Role

Over the past few years, Desktronic has been growing rapidly across Amazon marketplaces in Europe and beyond — and visuals are at the heart of that growth. Every hero image, every infographic, every A\+ Content module is a conversion opportunity, and we’re looking for someone who understands that at a deep level.

We are looking for a Visual Designer who can own the full creative workflow: from brief to final pixel-perfect delivery. This role is ideal for someone who combines genuine visual talent with a modern, AI-assisted production mindset — someone who moves fast without cutting corners, and who gets genuine satisfaction from watching great visuals drive real results.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape how Desktronic looks on one of the world’s most competitive retail platforms, work closely with our Amazon and marketing teams, and grow alongside a company that is expanding its e-commerce presence across Europe.

What You’ll Do

• Amazon Visual Assets: Create high-converting hero images, listing images (lifestyle, infographic, comparison), and A\+ Content modules that follow Amazon’s guidelines, tell the product story, and turn scrollers into buyers.
• Brand Adherence: Apply and adapt the brand’s visual guidelines so every Amazon asset feels unmistakably Desktronic, even inside Amazon’s template constraints.
• AI-Powered Production: Leverage generative AI image tools throughout the workflow – from ideation to the final visual – to ship more, faster, without sacrificing quality.
• Image Retouching \& Compositing: Retouch AI output and seamlessly blend AI-generated elements with 3D renders to create polished, eye-catching visuals at speed.
• Graphic Design: Design clear, compelling infographics and layout-driven assets that communicate product features and benefits at a glance.
• Visual Expertise: Demonstrate a strong grasp of composition, perspective, lighting, anatomy, colour theory and design, and stay on top of what’s winning on Amazon right now.
• Independent Execution: Confidently own projects from brief to final delivery, while tapping senior specialists for input when it counts.
• Team Collaboration: Partner closely with the Amazon, marketing, and product teams so every asset aligns with listing strategy, keyword focus, and conversion goals.

What We’re Looking For

• A portfolio that showcases strong visual understanding, as well as AI, compositing, retouching and graphic design skills – Amazon listing work is a huge plus.
• 2\+ years of experience creating visual content, ideally for e-commerce or digital marketing. Experience designing for Amazon (listing images, hero images, A\+ Content) or other marketplaces is a strong advantage.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI image tools such as Nano Banana, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or similar.
• Mastery of Adobe Photoshop and Figma as primary tools, with Illustrator knowledge considered an advantage.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visuals that not only look great but also convert.
• Familiarity with Amazon’s image requirements and A\+ Content specs (or the ability to get up to speed fast).
