Job Description
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the visual concept development and key visual design for online campaigns, including marketing and operational projects
- Independently deliver high-quality creative work with strong attention to detail and execution
- Adapt to a variety of design styles and create trend-driven visuals with strong aesthetic standards
- Oversee the visual quality of assigned projects and ensure consistency across all outputs
- Review campaign performance through data analysis and apply insights to improve future design outcomes
- Organize regular design-sharing sessions, using campaign reviews and competitor analysis to inspire and refine creative direction
- Explore and contribute to IP development and visual asset library development where relevant
- Stay highly sensitive to design trends and emerging creative tools, especially AI-generated visual content
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field
- 5\+ years of experience in visual design, preferably with a strong portfolio of impactful campaign or branding work
- Strong artistic foundation, outstanding visual expression skills, and a high level of aesthetic judgment
- Proven experience in leading key visual design for major projects and managing overall visual quality
- Strong data awareness, with the ability to review creative performance and optimize design direction accordingly
- Strong execution skills, logical thinking, and the ability to work effectively under pressure
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a proactive and positive work attitude
- Proficient in major design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and other relevant software
- Strong interest in the education industry and a passion for design innovation with high self-motivation
