VP, Corporate Engineering

For our client, we are seeking a VP Corporate Engineering to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Technical Services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $363,420 – $581,445 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution for the company’s Corporate Systems organization
• Drive AI-first transformation through enterprise AI and automation
• Shape a world-class corporate engineering function for business processes
• Lead engineering strategy for core business platforms including ServiceNow and Workday
• Establish technical standards and governance across enterprise systems
• Partner with executives to define strategic roadmaps for efficiency and experience
• Coach and develop an inclusive, high-performing leadership team
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, IT, and G\&A teams for maximum business impact

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Significant technical leadership experience in business systems or enterprise technology organizations
• Deep expertise in enterprise platforms like ServiceNow, Workday, or Workato
• Experience partnering with senior leaders in People, Finance, and Legal for business transformation
• Demonstrated success in enterprise technology modernization initiatives
• Passion for AI with practical experience in generative AI capabilities
• Proven ability to build partnerships with C-level and VP-level stakeholders
• Strong communication skills for providing actionable feedback
