Warehouse Manager — Riyadh
CJ Logistics — Korea’s leading logistics company — is hiring a Warehouse Manager in Riyadh.
An automated fulfillment operation serving a major global e-commerce client across KSA, the GCC and the Middle East region.
Full-time \| On-site \| Mid-Senior level
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day warehouse and fulfillment operations
- Drive operational performance, productivity and service levels
- Manage outsourced workforce operations and shift execution
- Ensure inventory accuracy, process compliance and operational stability
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within an automated environment
- Lead operational coordination across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced fulfillment environment
Must-Have
- 7\+ years in warehouse operations including 3\+ years in management
- B2C e-commerce, fulfillment or high-volume distribution experience
- Hands-on experience with a major WMS platform
- Exposure to automated warehouse operations
- Proven outsourced workforce management experience
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Strong leadership, communication and operational decision-making skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong analytical and Excel skills
- Data-driven operational mindset
- Lean Six Sigma, APICS CSCP, CLTD, PMP or related certifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or related field
