The Warehouse Manager oversees all warehouse operations to ensure materials and finished goods are received, stored, and shipped accurately, safely, and on time. This role is responsible for leading daily execution, maintaining inventory accuracy, and coordinating carrier and 3PL activity. The position will play a key role in standing up a new warehouse operation, including organizing layout, workflows, and inventory as operations transition to Norcross, while building efficient, scalable processes to support long-term fulfillment.

Core Job Responsibilities

• Lead the setup and organization of the new warehouse, including layout, racking, storage locations, and workflow design
• Manage the transition of inventory into the new facility, including receiving, organizing, and tracking inbound transfers
• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
• Coordinate daily workloads and shipment schedules to support on-time, complete, and accurate order fulfillment
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and proper system transactions
• Own carrier and 3PL relationships, ensuring service levels, shipping execution, and issue resolution
• Lead and supervise warehouse associates, enforcing performance, safety, and housekeeping standards

Skills / Knowledge / Experience

• Experience supervising warehouse, shipping, or receiving operations in a manufacturing or distribution environment
• Strong understanding of warehouse workflows and inventory handling
• Ability to lead people, solve problems, and make real-time decisions
• Comfortable working on the floor and addressing issues directly
• Familiarity with inventory systems, shipping documentation, and material handling equipment
• Working knowledge of safety requirements for warehouse operations

What Success Looks Like

• Successful setup and organization of the new warehouse, including layout, storage locations, and workflows that support efficient daily operations
• Smooth intake and organization of transferred inventory, with clear visibility and minimal disruption to fulfillment
• Clear ownership and effective use of the order fulfillment worksheet to plan, prioritize, and execute distribution and fulfillment activities
• Consistently on-time, accurate, and complete customer orders
• Data-driven identification and execution of process improvements that increase warehouse efficiency, organization, and flow
• High inventory accuracy supported by disciplined cycle counting and system integrity
