About Maze Outdoor

Maze Outdoor is a leading outdoor furniture and lifestyle brand based in Dubai. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead operations and roll out a barcode scanning system across our facility.

The Role

A hands-on management role covering goods inward through to dispatch. The central focus will be implementing our barcode system using existing software — designing workflows, training staff, and driving adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping
• Lead end-to-end barcode scanning implementation
• Work alongside the team on the floor day-to-day
• Manage a multilingual warehouse team
• Track KPIs: inventory accuracy, fill rate, throughput, shrinkage
• Maintain cycle counts, stocktakes, and a safe working environment

What We're Looking For

Essential

• 3\+ years warehouse management experience
• Proven experience

leading

a barcode/scanning implementation (not just using one)

• WMS/inventory software experience
• Comfortable being hands-on on the floor
• Strong people management across multilingual teams

Desirable

• Outdoor furniture, retail, or consumer goods background
• UAE/GCC experience
