Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Welder based in Conroe, Texas. The Welder will be responsible for performing welding and fabrication tasks, reading and interpreting blueprints, setting up and operating welding equipment, and inspecting finished products for quality. Daily responsibilities will include maintaining a safe working environment, adhering to safety regulations, collaborating with team members, and troubleshooting welding issues as needed.

Qualifications

• Skilled in various welding techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Proficient in using cutting tools, grinders, and other fabrication equipment
• Understanding of welding safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and equipment maintenance
• Strong attention to detail, quality assurance skills, and ability to meet deadlines
• Physical ability to work in demanding environments, lift heavy materials, and maintain focus during repetitive tasks
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members
• Welding certifications and prior experience in an oilfield services environment are preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
