4\. Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Database Administrator (DBA) or similar infrastructure technology role
- High proficiency in managing, tuning, and maintaining major enterprise DBMS engines (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle Database, or MySQL/PostgreSQL)
- Deep knowledge of database security hardening, role-based access control (RBAC), backup/recovery strategies, transaction log management, and performance monitoring tools
- Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving capabilities with exceptional attention to detail
- Proven ability to self-manage, prioritize tasks, and maintain high productivity in a work-from-home (WFH) remote environment
- Excellent verbal and written professional communication skills
- Prior professional experience in healthcare IT, medical informatics, or environments handling HIPAA-regulated Sensitive Personal Health Information (PHI) is strongly preferred
5\. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
- Target baseline compensation framework: Highly competitive hourly base rate structured between $28\.00 and $36\.00 USD per hour
- Onboarding placement within this tier is determined dynamically based upon a comprehensive evaluation of the finalist's specialized healthcare DBA tenure, SQL tuning expertise, and active database certifications
