Job Summary For Windows System Engineer ( Bedford, MA)
- Manage and support Windows Servers and related services.
- Administer and troubleshoot O365, Intune, and Autopilot environments.
- Configure, maintain, and optimize VMware infrastructure.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for system issues.
- Support and maintain Azure cloud environments.
- Utilize SolarWinds for system monitoring (intermediate level).
- Ensure high system availability and reliability for all supported platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams for system upgrades, patches, and security.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
- Certification Required: MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert).
- Location: Onsite in Bedford, MA (local candidates only).
