Seeking a hands-on Senior Workday Developer to support and enhance our enterprise Workday platform. Our team works across the full ecosystem, including:

Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence, Finance (AP), Procurement, Reporting, Workday Extend, and Intelligent Data Core (Accounting Center, Prism Analytics, Adaptive Planning).

This role partners closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to design, configure, and optimize scalable solutions across highly sensitive areas such as payroll and employee PII.

Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence, Finance (AP), Procurement, Reporting, Workday Extend, and Intelligent Data Core (Accounting Center, Prism Analytics, Adaptive Planning).

This role partners closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to design, configure, and optimize scalable solutions across highly sensitive areas such as payroll and employee PII.Key

Responsibilities

Configure and support complex business processes across HCM, Time \& Absence, Payroll, Finance, and Procurement.

Design advanced calculated fields, condition rules, validations, and automation.

Develop complex reports (advanced, composite, matrix)

Participate in Workday bi-annual releases, regression testing, and feature adoption.

Troubleshoot cross-functional issues and serve as a senior escalation resource.

Ensure high data accuracy and integrity across payroll, compensation, and financial domains.

Required Experience

3\+ years of hands-on Workday experience in a multi-module environment.

Experience working within an internal Workday team (minimum of 1 year working on a Workday Team at a Company that uses Workday - not as a consultant or contractor).

Strong configuration experience in at least 3 of these areas:

Core HCM

Payroll

Time Tracking \& Absence

Benefits

Finance and Procurement

Advanced Reporting and Prism

Workday Extend

Deep understanding of Workday data model and Business Process Framework.

Advanced calculated field and reporting expertise.

Experience handling sensitive payroll, compensation, and PII data with discretion.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

Experience with Prism Analytics (strong plus).

Experience with Accounting Center or Adaptive Planning.

Experience with Workday Extend.
