Job Description

Workday HRIS Analyst – $120,000 \+ 8% Bonus - Fully Remote

An innovative organisation is implementing the full Workday HCM suite and is seeking a Workday HRIS Analyst to support the implementation and post-go-live optimisation of their Workday environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a major system rollout and help shape a scalable, user-focused Workday ecosystem. The role will have a strong focus on Time Tracking, Absence, and Payroll readiness, ensuring the system is configured and tested effectively, and employees have a smooth experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the ongoing Workday implementation across HCM, US Payroll, Time Tracking, Benefits, Compensation, and UK Payroll.
  • Work closely with implementation consultants and internal stakeholders to support configuration, testing, and rollout activities.
  • Identify areas of employee confusion and suggest practical, user-focused improvements.
  • Provide hands-on support across configuration and testing cycles leading up to go-live.
  • Contribute to Payroll and Time Tracking readiness, with particular attention to complex calculation scenarios.
  • Support post-production activities following go-live.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Provide general Workday system guidance and awareness support.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on Workday experience.
  • Experience supporting a Workday implementation through go-live and post-production.
  • Configured Workday Time Tracking and Absence to a high level
  • Understanding of Workday Security is a plus.
  • Strong critical thinking skills with a user-focused mindset.
  • Functional HR knowledge, particularly within Compensation, is preferred.
  • Global experience strongly preferred (APAC and EMEA exposure highly desirable).

Highly Desirable Experience:

  • Strong experience in Time \& Attendance
  • Experience supporting complex time calculations (e.g., California payroll rules, global time regulations, complex overtime structures, multiple pay rates).
  • Exposure to global payroll complexity rather than simple standard-hour or single-rate environments.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an organisation at a pivotal moment in its Workday journey, contributing to a full-suite implementation and building a scalable, user-friendly HRIS ecosystem.
