Position Overview

The Workday HRIS Analyst (HCM) will support and optimize the Workday Human Capital Management platform, focusing on core HR processes, organizational structure, and employee data. This role partners closely with HR Operations to support ongoing transformation initiatives, including frequent organizational changes and evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules (core HR, job profiles, org structures)
  • Support organizational changes, restructures, and business process updates
  • Gather and translate business requirements into Workday configurations
  • Maintain and enhance Workday business processes and workflows
  • Support Workday releases, including testing and deployment
  • Troubleshoot system issues and perform root cause analysis
  • Support data integrity across Workday and connected systems (including legacy platforms like SuccessFactors)
  • Develop and maintain HCM-related reports and dashboards
  • Partner with HR stakeholders to improve processes and system utilization

Qualifications

  • 3\+ years of

Workday HCM experience

  • Hands-on configuration experience in Workday Core HCM
  • Experience supporting

organizational changes and reorgs

  • Understanding of Workday business process frameworks and data structures
  • Experience with reporting and data validation in Workday
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

  • Experience supporting

complex, multi-entity organizations

  • Exposure to

Workday transformations or post-implementation environments
