Fantasia Coffee \& Tea is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Workplace Experience Coordinator to create a positive, organized, and engaging work environment for employees and visitors. This role supports daily workplace operations, coordinates office activities, manages administrative functions, and helps foster a culture of collaboration and exceptional service. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day workplace and office operations to ensure an efficient work environment
- Welcome employees, visitors, vendors, and guests with professionalism and hospitality
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and workplace facilities while coordinating maintenance requests
- Support employee onboarding, orientation, and workplace experience initiatives
- Organize internal meetings, training sessions, team-building events, and employee engagement activities
- Maintain office calendars, workplace records, and administrative documentation
- Coordinate vendor services, deliveries, and workplace logistics
- Assist with internal communications and employee support requests
- Ensure workplace cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety guidelines
- Prepare reports, presentations, and operational documents for management
- Recommend improvements to enhance workplace efficiency and employee satisfaction
- Perform additional administrative and workplace coordination duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and office management software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Previous experience in office administration, workplace coordination, hospitality, customer service, or facilities support is preferred but not required
