Zoho Developer

with strong hands-on expertise in Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, and Zoho Flow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, customizing, and optimizing our Zoho ecosystem to streamline business processes, enhance reporting capabilities, and automate workflows across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Zoho CRM Development

• Customize modules, layouts, workflows, validation rules, and Blueprints
• Develop and maintain automation using Deluge scripting
• Integrate Zoho CRM with third-party systems as needed
• Build custom functions, scheduled scripts, and extensions

Zoho Analytics

• Create insightful dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making
• Design and optimize data models, data connections, and ETL pipelines
• Implement automated reporting and performance monitoring tools

Zoho Flow

• Develop and optimize automated workflows between Zoho apps and external platforms
• Build custom integrations to reduce manual processes and improve system connectivity
• Troubleshoot and maintain existing automation flows

Requirements

• 3\+ years of hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, and Zoho Flow
• Strong proficiency in Deluge scripting and Zoho API integrations
• Experience with Zoho Creator is a plus
• Solid understanding of CRM workflows, automation, and data architecture
• Ability to develop dashboards and data visualizations in Zoho Analytics
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and project management abilities
• Ability to analyze business processes and translate requirements into technical solutions
• Excellent communication skills in English, at least at a level of B2 Advanced, both verbal and written
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment
• Experience with data migration, reports, and dashboard creation in Zoho
• Familiarity with CRM best practices and workflow automation
