What is your refund policy?

If you're unsatisfied within 7 days of your first charge, email support@grad.jobs and we'll refund your subscription in full. Unused credits from top-ups are refundable pro-rata for the first 30 days.

Do unused credits roll over to the next month?

Accepted Answer

Credits granted by your subscription reset at the start of each billing period — they do not roll over, so use them while they are yours. Credits you purchase via top-up do NOT expire and carry over indefinitely.

How does the 7-day free trial work?

Accepted Answer

Start a Pro subscription and you won't be charged for the first 7 days. Cancel anytime during the trial and you pay nothing. Your card is authorised but not charged until day 8.

Question 4

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Cancelling stops the next renewal — you keep access to your plan until the current period ends, and we don't charge you again after that. There is no cancellation fee or minimum term.

Question 5

Can I switch between Pro and Elite?

You can upgrade Pro → Elite at any time; we'll prorate the difference for the current period. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal so you keep your paid features until then.

Is pricing different in India vs the US?

Yes. Indian customers are billed in INR via Cashfree (card, UPI, netbanking, wallets, UPI AutoPay for renewals). Everyone else is billed in USD via Stripe. Use the currency toggle above to see prices in your local currency.

How do Indian customers pay?

Accepted Answer

We process Indian payments through Cashfree, a fully RBI-compliant gateway. You can pay via UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM), credit and debit cards, netbanking, or wallets. Recurring renewals use UPI AutoPay or card e-mandates — when you subscribe, your bank issues a single mandate that authorises future renewals up to the agreed amount, and you can cancel it any time from your bank or our settings.

Do you provide GST invoices?

Yes. Indian businesses can enter their GSTIN at checkout and we'll issue a tax invoice in your company's name with the GST charged at 18%. Personal customers get a B2C invoice by default — request a copy from the billing settings page or email support@grad.jobs and we'll send a PDF within one business day.

Can I switch from INR to USD billing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Change your billing country from settings → billing and the switch takes effect at your next renewal. We don't proration-swap mid-cycle because the underlying gateway changes (Cashfree → Stripe), but your existing access continues uninterrupted until the period ends.

Question 10

What happens when I hit my monthly limit?

Accepted Answer

Generations stop when your plan allowance is exhausted. You can either top up credits (non-expiring) to keep going this period, or upgrade to a higher tier that lifts the limit. We never charge overages without your explicit confirmation.

Question 11

Do you offer discounts for students?

Accepted Answer

Yes — students with a verified .edu email get 50% off Pro for their first year. Apply from your billing settings after signing up.

Question 12

Why don't I see plan limits yet?

Accepted Answer

Enforcement is rolling out gradually. We're flipping plan limits and quota meters on a percentage of accounts at a time so we can catch any surprises before they hit everyone. If your account isn't seeing limits yet, you'll keep your current allowances until your cohort is enabled — usually within a few days. You'll always see a usage warning before any feature is gated, never after.
